Year 7 NSW School Vaccination Program

Year 7 students will have the opportunity to receive the Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis and HPV vaccinations at school on 11th of June 2026.

Please see attached the Parent Information Sheet, provided by NSW Health, with instructions on how to provide consent and for additional information about the vaccination program.

If a paper form is required, students can collect these from the Front Office.

If your child misses the vaccination on this day, there will be additional clinics held later in Term 3 where they will have an opportunity to receive these then.
